We want you to be happy with your MATTHILDUR purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase we are also happy to accept a return. We ask that you follow our easy return policy.
We will accept unworn merchandise with the original price tags still attached within 14 days of purchase.
We will issue a refund in the same payment form from the original invoice. If it was a credit card used please be advised that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
The return shipment is to be paid for by the customer and the return box should also include the original bill of sale. The return will be processed within 48 hours of receipt in our warehouse.
The FINAL REDUCTION SALE and WAREHOUSE SALE is non refundable. You may return the items for a store credit, which will be issued in the form of a digital Gift Card.
